Golf Shop Attendant
Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Warmly welcome members and guests
- Answer telephone calls and provide high level service
- Assist members in making and changing tee time reservations
- Operate a point-of-sale system
- Be part of the “Team” setting throughout Tedesco Country Club
- Maintain visual displays and merchandising of clothing within in the golf shop
- Assist with receiving merchandise and keeping shop inventory full
Qualifications and skills:
- Prior knowledge of the golf industry with some retail sales experience & how to maintain an attractive retail environment
- Experience in customer service in hospitality or retail shop environment
- Attention to detail & ability to prioritize workload and multitask
- Telephone and computer skills are required
Compensation & Hours:
- Seasonal Full-Time position, April through November
- Ability and willingness to work to work weekdays, weekends & holidays
- $16.00 per hour - benefits include meals while on duty, golf playing privileges, merchandise discounts
