House Keeper / Club Attendant
POSITION DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
Works in the clubhouse and the lodging facilities following the housekeeping program to ensure clean, orderly, and attractive conditions of the member and employee areas performing the following duties:
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
Include the following, other duties may be assigned:
• Clean assigned clubhouse areas
• Launder, sort, count, fold, mark, and carry and stock uniforms and towels.
• Move furniture
• Clean lobbies, locker rooms, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, and stairways
• Clean rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies
• Sweep, scrub, and polish floors
• Dust furniture, wash walls, ceiling, and woodwork, windows, door panels, and sills
• Empty wastebaskets, and empty and clean ashtrays
• Transport trash and waste to disposal and recycle area
• Replenish bathroom supplies
• Organization of all stock and storage rooms
• Move and reconfigure furniture in all clubhouse rooms
• Perform in and offseason cleaning projects, such as windows, deep clean and detailing
