Born and raised in El Salvador, Milton graduated from UMass-Lowell with a Master’s degree in Business Administration. He is an active member of the Club Management Association of America where he is working towards his Certified Club Manager classes. 

Milton has a passion for Food & Beverage and has been working in the industry since he was 17. He joins our team with an extensive background in Club Management, beginning in 2013, where he started his career in club management at Brae Burn Country Club, with our own Ryan Train. Milton has since worked at the Harvard Club of Boston as the Food & Beverage Manager, and most recently at The Country Club as an Assistant Manager up until 2022 when he joined our team at Tedesco Country Club. 

In his spare time, Milton enjoys practicing and watching all sports.  He is a huge soccer, football, and basketball fan, following all our local teams.  Milton has played soccer his entire life and he is part of a weekly league.  He also picked up golf a couple of years ago and enjoys playing 18 holes “as long as he finds his ball and doesn’t run out.” He loves spending the winter down in El Salvador with his family.
