Lee is a native of Wilbraham, Massachusetts and is in the process of moving from Gainesville, Virginia, with his wife Emily, daughter Nora and son Oliver. After a 10-year career coaching college baseball and a 7-year career as an Assistant Athletic Director at Bridgton Academy in Maine, where he was a golf coach and avid golfer, Lee found his true passion and transitioned into a full-time career in golf in 2019. He started his golf career as an Assistant Professional at Bridgton Highlands Country Club in Bridgton, Maine and then spent the past two years at Fauquier Springs Country Club, in Warrenton, Virginia. After serving as the Assistant for the first four months at FSCC, he stepped into the Head Golf Professional role in October of 2021.
When he is not working, Lee can typically be found playing golf or spending time with his wife and kids. Lee will be coordinating the Women's 9 Hole Program and supporting Ronnie with the 18 Hole Program.
